If you look at the Facebook Redflow Users Group, you'll see the likely cause of the company failure; unreliability. It looks like there was a very very high failure rate under warranty. It leaves existing users with a product that has no warranty, no service support, and an almost inevitable failure -
Sad. I heard from someone in the know they scaled up factories/production too quickly without enough customers to support their operation growth. Odd management approach. -

Redlow is in administration now. Production ceased, support ceased, no buyer found so assets are likely to be liquidated😥 -
Hi Thanks for allowing me to join the site. I have a real passion for saving the environment from fossil fuels. I hope to do all I can to save our beautiful planet through spreading the word of recycling and renewables. -
Zappi itself works great ... it's the software side of things that definitely needs some work. I remain hopeful and continue to work through it.
